How do I get help with developing a marketing strategy?

  • At Compass, our Marketing team is made up of strategists that create brand and listing strategies based on your business goals. To get started, email marketing@compass.com with any details you have in mind and we will work with you to create a custom strategy.


How do I submit a marketing reimbursement?

  • Go to Agent Home > Business Tracker > Finances > Marketing budget > New reimbursement

    • Submit a reimbursement in your Finances tab under Business Tracker in your Agent Home. Once in the Finances tab, you’ll see the Marketing budget tab as an option across the top, click on the New Reimbursement blue button at the top right corner, fill in the relevant information in the form, and submit it.

  • Submitting a marketing reimbursement will reduce your available Marketing Budget balance by the corresponding amount, this will be real-time and the balance will reflect the reduced amount. Your available marketing budget balance is reflected in the gray bar across the top.

How do I order new signage?

  • All listing and open house signage can be ordered through Compass Sign Center here, learn more about signage here.
