Order & Install
Ordering Signage
You can order listing panels, riders and open house signs directly through our Sign Center. Please note, your signs must be compliant to the state in which you conduct business. Please make sure you are in the correct region at the top right of the site.

Make sure you have the PNG version of your logo accessible before placing the order

Do I pay for signs out of pocket when ordering through Sign Center?
Yes, you will pay for signs out of pocket, and if applicable, submit for reimbursement by completing the reimbursement form here.
What is the turnaround time for sign production and delivery?
Typically, sign production takes 2-3 business days and another 2-3 business days for delivery. It’s always best to plan ahead for signage, but if you are in need of signs quicker, we do have other options. Please reach out to your AEM for more information (agentexperience@compass.com)
What if I use Oakley as my primary installer?
If you use Oakley as your installer, you will need to contact their customer service representative to set up an account with Oakley. You will be responsible for install/removal requests and payment through their customer service team. support@oakleysigninstallation.com
Since Oakley is still an approved vendor, you can submit for reimbursement for sign installation, removal, or service calls by completing the reimbursement form here.
What is the turnaround time for orders (install / service calls / removals) with Loyal?
The turnaround time is 48 business hours.
Keep in mind that you will receive (3) email notifications from Loyal for each order. The first is confirming your order was submitted, the second is letting you know that your order is scheduled, and the third is confirming that your order is complete (will even include a photo for new installs!)

How do I get billed for Loyal installations/removals?
Loyal direct invoice Compass monthly and that amount is deducted from your team’s business center account. Keep in mind, each listing receives a credit of $277 to cover the cost of sign installation/removal (Loyal), 25 printed brochures (Xpressdocs), and 10 images (VHT).
