  • What is a Marketing Budget?

    A Marketing Budget is a set amount of dollars Compass agrees to provide to the agent for the purpose of marketing themselves or their listings. Please refer to the Marketing Reimbursement Policy, linked below, to learn more about what is and isn’t approved for marketing budget reimbursement.

  • To Access Your Marketing Budgets:

    1. Navigate to Business Tracker 

    2. Select Finances from the Business Tracker menu 

    3. Click Marketing budget 

    4. Track and submit reimbursements as necessary
